- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked lasagna noodles, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice a deep pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
In a bowl, combine the chopped lasagna noodles, ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each chicken breast generously with the cheese mixture.
Secure the openings with toothpicks if needed.
Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and a little extra Italian seasoning.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly in a baking dish.
Arrange the stuffed chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the chicken and bake another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish if desired.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with pasta, garlic bread, or a fresh salad.
