
Ingredients
- 150g dried pasta
- 12 x 5% extra lean meatballs
- 1 red onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 65g tomato puree
- 200ml vegetable stock
- 90ml single cream
- Fresh basil
- 1sp salt
- 1sp black pepper
- 1sp oregano
- 1sp onion granules
- 1sp garlic granules
Instructions

fry your meatballs in the seasoning above for 5 mins until meatballs are browned and set aside

add your red onion to the same pan and cook for 10 mins until softened then add your garlic and tomato puree and cook for 1-2 mins

add your stock & single cream and bring to a simmer (at this point put pasta onto boil as per instructions)

5 mins before pasta is ready add your meatballs back to the pan along with your fresh basil, then add your pasta and serve
